My best friend is getting married in Tobago and we're organizing the wedding from the US - but we have no idea how much we should budget for a centerpiece. Is $100 TT too much or too little?
How much do you think is reasonable to pay for a centerpiece for a wedding?
Check out www.flowerlinetnt.com
They're local and they deliver.
100 TT is pittance though... maybe you should budget like about 200-250 US for an extremely glam centrepiece.
In any event... once you check out the site... you can easily call them and they'll help with ideas as well as help you stick within your budget
Reply:I think you can make a nice centerpiece at almost any budget. Between flowers, shells pebbles, candles...it all depends on the look you're trying to achieve. If you're coming from the US, perhaps pick up a few items you think might come in handy. Google your ideas that you have for the wedding and see which supplies you can get at home (as you may not find them in Tobago). Whether it's a specific colour in ribbon, or if you're using faux flowers/leaves. Good luck.
Reply:This is too little. Not for a good centrepiece. Your starting price is around 200 US. The higher the price the better the creation should be. It also depends on what type of centrepiece. I'm referring to ice sculptures and food carvings.
Reply:What kind of a centerpiece? Floral arrangement, Ice carving, food, etc. You will get better answers if you specify what your idea of a centerpiece will be.
Good Luck
