What do I put in organza wedding sachets?
Sugared Almonds
Reply:Hmmm. not at all have I done this, but suspect Organza is a mesh, and rather fragile. Not knowing at all how large the "bags" are, that might determine what goes into them. Also not a Fan at all of Martha Stewart I have to believe she knows and might even offer links to help.

The word Sachet, as defined, means these are meant to be used specifically as such, and not strictly opened like a gift bag after a party. The Gauge of the mesh will probably dictate the WHAT you include in the bags, as well as some over all weight and "stretch" ability.

It may also depend in part on YOUR intent in the end? Would these be closet or drawer sachets, perhaps for intimates for Female recipients, or table sachets for rooms that offer more natural Earthy scents, OR just a bag full of cedar as a generic deoderizor?

just my two "sense"
Reply:M%26amp;Ms....you can go online and customize the colors(to possibly match the wedding colors) and you can print your own personalized message on them as well.

or

Jordan almonds (pretty traditional)
Reply:Sugared almonds are good. We used a votive candle in the bag and tyed it with a ribbon and a tag attached with a verse written on it. Placed @ each place setting. Such as, something like Thanks for sharing our day, etc. You can find different verses on line. Some places won't let you use rice. So you could use birdseed. Enjoy. PS.. Be sure to get votives that aren't too scented...can be overpowering. Probably wouldn't used potpourri. Hobby stores have them 4/ $1.00...
